how do you visualize your impediments?

Here is something I am using right now.





It is based on a retrospective technique called 'circles and soup'. It classifies the impediments in two categories: the subject it is dealing with (product, process, people, tools) and the amount control the team has to resolve it.

What I like about is that it gives a nice visualization and can help the team see that they are able to remove impediments by taking direct action themselves or do something to influence or reccomend.

Opzet voor spelvorm Line-Up gedeeld via tasty cupcakes. Tijdens een aantal sessies met klanten al uitgeprobeerd en beviel goed. Kort en toont principes aan voor zelfsturende teams, sturen op acceptatie criteria en is een leuke energizer / vervanger van een saai voorstelrondje.

Goed spel/simulatie gevonden voor het opsplitsen en prioriteren van user stories. Door Henrik Kniberg en Alistair Cockburn. Aan de hand van een kleine casus proberen de teams stories op te splitsen en deze zo dun als mogelijk te maken en te mplementeren.
